We’re a locally owned and operated company that specialises in the distribution of Liquid Petroleum Gas, boasting over 17 years of experience in supplying and distributing Natural and LP Gas. 30 people are currently employed at our depots.
Our company takes pride in providing exceptional service while adhering to strict safety standards, staying ahead of industry standards and investing in continuous training and professionalism for all our employees. We started our operations in 2008 as a small cylinder filling business. It comes as no surprise that we have managed to firmly establish ourselves as a prominent competitor in the gas distribution sector, offering services to Gauteng, Mpumalanga and some areas the North-West province. We have depots with office and storage facilities both in Johannesburg and Pretoria.
We are dedicated to expanding our services and capabilities while keeping a strong focus on our clients’ needs. Our company proudly holds the status of a recognised Level 1 BBB-EE provider.

DEMCO Gas distributors was established 17 years ago by the late entrepreneur, Emmanuel Ndlovu, starting as a small operation with a single truck and a team of three individuals. DEMCO has continued to prosper, expanding to a larger workforce and a considerable number of trucks.
CEO
Philani is a woman of integrity and a strong business leader. She oversees every facet of the organisation, including financial oversight, client relations, compliance with industry regulations, and strategic planning and budgeting. Throughout the years, she has shown a profound grasp of business fundamentals and has facilitated the expansion of DEMCO Gas distributors.
Director
Blessing oversees operations at the Pretoria depot, ensuring that day-to-day activities and team performance lead to dependable and consistent gas delivery for our customers. His responsibilities include managing supply logistics, optimizing delivery routes, fostering strong customer connections, and ensuring staff productivity and safety adherence. “In the future, I aim to develop the team into a more autonomous and high-performing unit capable of meeting increased demand as we broaden our customer base. My priority is to enhance operational efficiency while training staff to take on greater responsibilities as the business expands.”
Operations Manager
Mandla oversees the daily operations management, ensures service delivery, addressescustomer needs, manages vehicles, maintains the depot, and ensures compliance, while alsoimplementing and monitoring safety protocols within the workplace and for fleet management.

Logistics Director
Andrew serves as our strategic partner and director, primarily overseeing DEMCO Logistics. He offers vital consulting assistance to Demco Gas in multiple domains such as Human Resources, Business Management, and Group Strategy. His contributions aim to foster long-term, stable, and clearly defined growth for the entire Demco group.
Finance
Tanya handles the bookkeeping and manages the accounts. She loves engaging with clients and addressing the payment aspects of her role.
